Welcome to P Hodson Photo. By accessing my website and purchasing fine art prints, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content on this website, including but not limited to landscape and wildlife photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital preview images, is the exclusive property of Philip Hodson and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
No Reproduction: The purchase of a physical fine art print does not transfer any reproduction rights or digital copyrights to the buyer. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, resell, or digitally redistribute any purchased prints or website imagery for commercial or personal purposes without express written consent from the artist.
2. Print Specifications & Variations
Every print is individually custom-made to order in my studio using professional Canon wide-format printers and premium archival papers (including Moab Entrada Rag and Moab Lasal Luster).
Color Accuracy: Because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, slight variations in color saturation and contrast may occur between your digital screen preview and the physical print. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these inherent artistic and technical variances.
3. All-Inclusive Shipping & Continental US Delivery
Prices displayed on the website include premium studio packaging (heavy-duty 3-inch mailing tubes) and standard tracked postage.
Geographic Limits: Fully inclusive shipping applies strictly to destinations within the continental United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses are subject to cancellation or additional freight adjustments at the artist's discretion.
4. Custom Fulfillment & Return Policy
Because every fine art print is custom-produced to order based on your selected size and paper specifications, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a print has entered production.
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit by the postal service, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@phodsonphoto.com with digital photo proof of the damaged packaging and print. Damaged items will be replaced immediately at no additional cost to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
P Hodson Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, the handling of physical art prints, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers (such as the United States Postal Service).
